Class terms

These terms apply to painting classes, workshops and events run by Kathryn Stanley-Hart. In exchange for taking part in any activity planned, owned and operated by Kathryn Stanley-Hart, or for using her studio facilities and services, I agree to the following.

1. I recognise that there are certain inherent risks in any creative activity. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself, and release and discharge Kathryn Stanley-Hart from injury, loss or damage arising out of my presence in the facilities.
2. I agree to indemnify and defend Kathryn Stanley-Hart against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including lawyer fees and other litigation costs, which may arise from my use of or presence upon the facilities.
3. I understand and agree that Kathryn Stanley-Hart will not be liable for any actions that I take or participate in during art events.
4. Any legal or equitable claim arising from participation in any art class activity is resolved under the law of Western Australia.
5. I grant Kathryn Stanley-Hart the right to take photographs of me in connection with events. I authorise her to copyright, use and publish them in print and online, without my name, for any lawful purpose including publicity and web content.
6. There are no refunds for online classes. Please get in touch if you need help.
7. Paintings and classes scheduled for Kathryn Stanley-Hart events are subject to change.
